State Farm® Insurance Agent Jen Sias-Lyke

"My reason for writing this review comes with heavy dissatisfaction after a quick phone call to Sias-Lyke's Rainbow office. The purpose of our call was to ask if we could review why our Auto rates have risen $483 in the last year for a 6 month rotation. Our driving record is as clean as it gets and vehicles are driven approximately 4K miles yearly. The call was simple, we explained that were price comparing and found a lower rate at Progressive that was $850 less for every 6 month rotation. His response was "that's a really good deal", at this point we waited for a few seconds to see if there was anything comparable or just to for him to make an effort to entertain us with some kind of discount. He did not. Since he wasn't interested in giving us any kind of suggestions we asked him what was the last day for us to cancel our insurance before switching over to Progressive? His response was "you can cancel today." So we did just that! We paid Progressive in full and didn't even have to let State farm know. Progressive did it for us. I feel really bad for business owners. We were with this branch for almost 15 years but, it took one careless employee to drive us away. Thank you for your past service."

"Best customer service experience! My coverage is great, but this review is about Melissa. There was a small mix up with my multi car discount that she was correcting for me, and as we all know, there are many channels that you have to go thru to get things corrected sometimes. I did not have to do ANY of the footwork. I did not have to call her for updates, and I never felt that it wasn't being taken care of. She did everything she could to get it fixed and kept me informed frequently. I had an additional issue during that time, more personal than coverage related, but she let me vent, offered solutions, and just listened. Because of this, I stand by this company 100%. Melissa, you deserve all things great in this world. Thank you for your help and your kindness. It is truly appreciated."
