"I am happy to correct a negative review that I posted a few weeks ago.
In short, our situation was not addressed in a way that we would have liked it to be however, we received a follow up phone call from the Office manager. Tammy was apologetic and understood the importance of "customer service" no matter what the situation. She was such a caring professional who made it right. She spent a good part of her day and went above and beyond by helping us understand every aspect of Insurance. Instead of switching to another Insurance company we decided to stay with State Farm simply for the First Class service that she provided and put the trust back into us.
We loved that Tammy understands how important each and every client is to business.
State Farm is VERY lucky to have her as an Office manager.

"Best customer service experience! My coverage is great, but this review is about Melissa. There was a small mix up with my multi car discount that she was correcting for me, and as we all know, there are many channels that you have to go thru to get things corrected sometimes. I did not have to do ANY of the footwork. I did not have to call her for updates, and I never felt that it wasn't being taken care of. She did everything she could to get it fixed and kept me informed frequently. I had an additional issue during that time, more personal than coverage related, but she let me vent, offered solutions, and just listened. Because of this, I stand by this company 100%.
